The brief for these Independent Property Experts/ Consultants involved a re-design of their office space, the creation of new soundproof meeting rooms and a kitchen and entertaining space. This project is a work in progress.

The office has no formal reception; clients are met in the foyer at a slick gloss black coffee bar that functions as a gathering place. From here, circulation occurs through the formal boardroom, client meeting room, office space and smaller meeting room.

The client meeting room has an informal feel and comprises a high meeting table and a linear kitchen bench sits quietly to one side. A full height cabinet, containing a large flat screen television, sits between two flush doors leading into the boardroom giving seamless boundaries between two rooms and ensures the spaces flow for large events and flexibility as meeting places.

Full height back-lit maps of Paris, Sydney, Auckland and Wellington form walls through both rooms. These emanate the international nature of the business, become aides in discussion and generate talking points amongst visitors.

In the office, a workbench wraps the perimeter creating generous workspaces and allowing a spacious feel in a room that will cater for up to 12 people. A storage unit doubles as a pass through for courier drop-offs, and takes the form of the Wareham and Cameron + Co signature ‘plus’ sign.
